Gym In The Pocket (GITP) comes with five different levels of resistance, ranging from extra light to heavy, to suit an individual’s level of fitness or strength.
GITP comes in a compact set consisting of an elastic resistance loop band and six instructional guides comprising over 50 exercises specially designed by qualified and experienced physiotherapists as well as a certified strength and conditioning specialist.
It is seen as the fitness solution for urbanites as it provides a training system that could do it all – strength training, muscle toning, flexibility training, interval cardio and even specialised training for speed and agility.
On top of that, its compact size allows it to be carried around easily.
Made from seven layers of matrix-bonded heated rubber, the GITP loops comfortably around the waist, shoulders, palms, legs or any other part of the body. It can also be attached to permanent fixtures or looped around an exercise partner for team games.
