1. Direct report to Front Office Manager
2. Check on guest condition or to recommend charges in exiting practice to meet guest’s needs
3. Assist in handling group arrival, departure and their function
4. To ensure in procedure of guest are always followed consistently
5. Handling guest complaint, comments are to be recorded down and the immediate action must be taken up to avoid repeated complaint
6.. To ensure reservation status at all time must be updated and accurate
7. Periodic guest room and public area space inspection, and maintain a log book recording any unusual incident or occurrence
8. Work closely with Housekeeping department on room sales
9. Ensure smooth traffic of people in the lobby, and traffic of automobiles at the entrance in the event of large function
10. Ensures the safety of the guest and the patrons as keeping all public areas free from hazardous obstacle and conditions such as slippery floor, unattended luggage and
articles.
11. Greets guests and walks around Restaurants public area, and answer any enquiry and assists or direct them for their activities
