- Monthly rental is RM175 (twin sharing). Now there's one person staying.

- This is a flat house – located on the first floor with two bedrooms + one small bathroom + one utility room + one kitchen + one living hall + one dining hall + small balcony (facing the train) + back porch (at the back of the kitchen), front (four houses on each floor = two houses facing the other two houses, so there’s a space in between)

- Total household – three people

- The house is partly furnished; fridge, tabletop gas stove, fans, sofa, japanese table (actually for dining), dining table (actually not for dining, rather for laptops), store room, treadmill, some tablewares/ kitchenwares, no washing machine, no astro, no vcd player, no radio

- Nearby facilities (walking distance): rapid kL , kedai makan, laundry, clinic, cyber café, maybank, cimb, surau, jogging track, Carrefour subang jaya (a few stations away withing the same route of petaling station), kL sentral (three stations away within the same route of petaling station), gas station, parking at your own risk
