1) Maintain full set of accounts in UBS system and other system including AR,AP, GL, Cash book, Asset Register etc.
2) Handle few companies portfolio
3) Cash flow reporting and Bank reconciliation
4) Prepare management report with account analysis and explanation for the variances against the previous month.
5) Ensure debtors when due are to be collected on time. Any debt with which may turn bad are to be fully provided in book
6) Ensure all creditors and bank loans/HP when due are to be settled on time after getting the funding ready.
7) Compile tax estimates and assist tax agents on actual tax computation
8) Liaising with company secretaries, tax agents, auditors, etc.
