Job Description
- Knowledge on Switch/Router/Firewall/Wireless Installation
- Knowledge on Networking TCP, UDP, IP.
- Ability to implement all security and network products.
- Responsible for onsite support


Job Requirements:

- Candidate must be a fast learner, self starter, enjoy working in a team, happy to share ideas and capable to work with minimum direct supervision.
- Should posses at least Diploma/Degree in IT or related
- Must have at least 2-3 years direct experience in doing IT Support.
- 1-2 years experience in Network troubleshooting experiences in administrating email system would be an added advantage- with professional certificate i.e CCNA, Comptia A+., Microsoft certification i.e: MCITP, MCP, MCSA would be an added advantage
- willing to travel, working during weekend or public holiday as to support the clients' IT infrastructure.
- Candidate possess own transport and willing to travel is an added advantage


Salary Package
Basic: From RM2500 to RM3500 (subject to experience)
Allowance: From RM100 - RM500 (subject to experience)
