- Daily administration and development of services, policies and procedures, while helping to maintain a positive, safe,
employee-centered,workplace atmosphere.
- Adapt to the needs of the organization while stressing improvement, safety and performance.
- Answer and screen telephone calls and assist with routine inquiries.
- Maintain prospective resumes and job applications.
- Administer new employee orientation.
- Manage and administer confidential employee paperwork, payroll and benefits.
- Maintain HR database and systematic filing for all types of documentation daily.
- Upkeep of staff files and other related files concerned.
- Fill in for HR management during absences or busy hiring periods.
- Conduct exit interviews.
- Review and update employee rules and regulations.
