Requirement

- Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveyor
- Knowledge in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and Auto-CAD
- Able to work independently and meet deadline, experience needed
- Multi-tasking

Responsibilities

Preparation of bill quantities for tender - Prepare monthly progress billing-Responsible in preparation and calculation of project costing, feasibility study, and project cash flows - Involve in calling, checking tender document, closing and evaluation of tenders including attending tenders interview, recommendation and award - Process contractors or consultants claims and any claims pertaining to project matter-Prepare project performance, work programmer and progress report - compiling , evaluation and updating of cost plan - work closely with project team to ensure cost are controlled and timely payments made-Any other matters related to cost management and control .
