Additional person charge will be RM10/person.

Cancellation rule:
Cancellation period 7 days 100% deposit return.
Cancellation period 5 days 50% deposit return.
Rule :
No alcohol and Drug (Bir + etc)
No Allowed pet
No pork
Keep clean and tidy
Lost or broken item will be charge.
Smoker are allow outside the house.
Only 4 cars are allow in the gate.
Deposit will be deduct RM50/hour, more than 2 hours will be charge to the guest.
Owner have authority to cancel the booking once customer not follow the term & condition.
