Deposit is 2 + 1 means rm250+rm250+ 1 utiliti rm55=rm555
Monthly rental must be paid before settlement period and that means starting payment is deposit rm555 + rental for september rm250= Rm805
Intake starts on 1 sept 2018
Washing machine and stove for cooking are provided
